Hi there, I’m Bronwyn. I help governments, peak bodies, schools, education providers, and social purpose organisations discern, develop, and deliver better policies, programs, and strategic decisions.

For more than 20 years, I’ve worked with every state and territory education department in Australia, along with national peak bodies, research centres, think tanks, frontline government agencies, and social impact organisations. My work spans education (from early childhood to tertiary and beyond), disability and aged care services, health, multiculturalism and inclusion, workforce planning, and economic transformation.

What ties it all together is a focus on people, purpose, and positive outcomes—and the belief that good decisions start with strong evidence and are strengthened through meaningful collaboration, lived integrity, and clear, compelling communication.

I provide tailored consulting services across evaluation and research, strategy, stakeholder engagement, and workforce planning and delivery. Whether I’m co-designing an evaluation framework, leading a high-stakes review, or embedding temporarily in a client’s team, I bring a mix of intellectual rigour, curiosity, and commitment to delivering excellent work—without compromising on values or ethical behaviour.

My background includes leadership and research roles with Nous Group, the Australian Education Research Organisation (AERO), HumanAbility (the Jobs and Skills Council for the care and support sectors), the Mitchell Institute, an edtech start-up, and the University of Melbourne, where I earned my PhD in political science and education policy. I’ve authored influential reports, led major evaluations, supported cross-sector coalitions, and helped shape national and state reforms that improved lives.
